General overview
We are located in a brand new community of Arverne By the Sea in Rockaway Beach, New York. Our home faces the Atlantic Ocean and is set up as a vacation home.
The space
There are 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located on 2 floors. The kitchen, dining and living room is on the first floor. There is a front yard and a shared backyard with fire pit. I have beach supplies for my guests such as chairs, umbrella, beach toys etc.

Neighbourhood
There are shops restaurants and cafes in our beach town as well as surf schools and many activities for kids. We are extremely family friendly.
Getting to my home
We are 20 mins by car from JFK. There are plenty of options of public transportation to reach us if you don’t drive.
Nearest airport
JFK is 20 min drive or taxi ride. There is also a direct bus and subway train from JFK directly to our home.
Getting around
There are several shops, cafe and restaurants within 5 min walking distance of my home. Beach and boardwalk is right across the street.
