General overview

Non sim swaps and globe are also possible The lake is just across the street from the area (quiet and safe) and access to the lake is less than a minute's walk away. Swimmable, without motor. Small beach of grass. One of the most beautiful lakes in the region! We love the place and the cocoon and spend all our weekends! - Le lac se situe juste de l’autre côté de la rue du domaine (peu passante et sécuritaire) et l’accès au lac est à moins d’une minute à pied. Baignable, sans moteur. Petite plage de gazon. Un des plus beaux lacs de la région! Nous adorons les lieux et le cocon et y passons toutes nos fins de semaine!

The space

We call it our cottage but it is a real home all comfort, in peace, in a private domain and in an enchanting environment. You will not be disappointed! 2 closed queen bdr +1 bdr Back patio with gazebo BBQ Private non-motorized swimmable lake. Near Montcalm ski resort! Atlantide aquatic complex nearby. Equipment for the lake: floating island, kayaks (1 double, 1 single, 1 child) Bikes for the whole family Table tennis table Luges, skis, ice skates — Nous l’appelons notre chalet mais c’est une véritable maison tout confort, au calme, dans un domaine privé et dans un cadre enchanteur. Vous ne serez pas déçus! 3 chambres Patio arrière avec gazebo BBQ Lac privé baignable non motorisé. Près de station Ski Montcalm! Complexe aquatique Atlantide à proximité. Village of Saint-Calixte 10 minutes (small shops and restaurants) and village of St-Lin-Laurentides 15 minutes with 2 supermarkets and other shops. Gourmet treasures nearby! Another attraction: Rawdon and his falls. Region of Lanaudiere at the edge of the Laurentians, just an hour from Montreal and without traffic! — Village de Saint-Calixte à 10 min (petits commerces et restaurants) et village de St-Lin-Laurentides à 15 minutes avec 2 supermarchés et autres commerces. Trésors gastronomiques à proximité! Autre attrait: Rawdon et ses chutes. Région de Lanaudiere aux limites des Laurentides, à seulement une heure de Montréal et sans circulation!

Getting around

Easy access, one hour from Montreal Motorway possible without toll with 5 minutes of difference on the way. Highways 40, 640 then 25 to Saint-Lin-Laurentides, then 335 to Lake Siesta — Facile d’accès, une heure de Montréal Autoroute possible sans péage avec 5 minutes d’écart sur le trajet. Autoroutes 40, 640 puis 25 jusqu’a Saint-Lin-Laurentides, puis 335 jusqu’au Lac Siesta

English will follow - Good morning! We are a family of 4 and our two boys are 12 and 14 years old. We love the exchanges which have become our philosophy for around 10 years, once or twice a year. We favor reciprocal exchanges (sim and not simultaneous). A non-simultaneous exchange or by globe 🌏 remains a possibility at our chalet. We are always looking for an exchange in the sun for around 2 weeks during the Christmas periods (West Indies, Florida,... suggest!). Note that we have two quiet kitties. We have a few desired destinations but are open 🙂 Looking forward to discussing!
