General overview
The 120 sqm apartment is in a quiet neighborhood and has every kind of comfort. On the ground floor fully equipped kitchen, living room with large sofa and small but complete bathroom. Next to the living room there is a small terrace.
Upstairs 2 large double bedrooms, where it is possible to add up to two beds, a single bedroom, a small terrace and a bathroom. We have air conditioning in the upper rooms and ceiling fans. Each room is equipped with Amazon Alexa for listening to music and downstairs is used to turn lights on / off (smart lights).
There are two smart TVs where you can watch netflix and prime videos.
We have two cats that live a little inside a little outside the house: Mia and Ciuffo. We ask to feed them and keep them at home in the hottest or coldest hours of the day even if in the summer, taken by the thousand adventures in the gardens outside the home, we see them once / twice a day.
The house is very bright and inserted in a quiet but lively neighborhood. We don't have private garden but we can use the communal garden equipped with a large table with chairs to eat outside and around us we have many possibilities between gardens for children and paths in nature. OUR REGION IS ALL A BEAUTIFUL GARDEN!
We are extremely grateful to have the opportunity to exchange homes and respect the property of others as we ask to be for ours.
We will leave your home as we found it and in general with clean sheets and towels and no rubbish lying around, we love being in a clean home and we think that returning to a tidy environment is a good way to conclude an exchange: - )
The space
Our house is located in a quiet neighborhood. On the first floor we have a living room with a large sofa and a separate kitchen complete with everything, a small complete bathroom, a study / hobby corner and a small balcony with awning for the sun. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two of which are double, one with a French bed, one with a double bed and one single with a bed, another small balcony, a complete bathroom and a walk-in closet.
Guest access
The apartment is on the first floor of the building with 3 flights of stairs.
Notes
Car exchange is also possible. Our cats live inside and outside the house, in the summer they prefer to stay outside at night and in the morning and enter the house during the hottest hours of the day (they also appreciate our air conditioning :-) it will be enough to provide them with food twice a day and a bowl of water.

Neighbourhood
Close to essential services such as supermarket, pizzeria, pharmacy and tobacconist's which can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. A small vegetable garden behind the house from which you can get fresh vegetables every morning, a small park for children 1 minute from the house.
Own parking right under the house.
Our neighbors are nice but elderly and if you speak a foreign language they probably won't understand you :-)
A bus is available every 30 minutes to take you to the center of Siena. There is also a train station reachable on foot in 3 minutes from which you can leave towards Siena / Florence and south towards Grosseto / Rome

Getting to my home
The best way to reach our apartment is by car. The Florence airport is about 60 km away. For those who are already in Italy from Rome it is possible to arrive directly a few minutes from the apartment but the line is not very efficient and requires several changes

small supermarket 5 minutes on foot as well as butcher, newsagent and tobacconist, pharmacy and ATM. Pizzeria under the house as well as post office. Tram and train stop same distance away
