General Overview

We have a beautiful, second home in Cantabria, very close to the cosmopolitan and elegant city of Santander, in a privileged green environment, with a strategic location to get to know the entire region, and even the neighboring regions of Asturias and the Basque Country, Spain.

The Space

Our house has four bedrooms with beds for seven people. A spacious living room with terrace, kitchen with high tech appliances and 2 full bathrooms one with bathtub and the other with shower. Being a duplex, the distribution of the house is very strategic, on the upper floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with which there is totally independence with the lower floor, which has another two bedrooms and bathroom and living room with terrace plus the kitchen.

Neighbourhood

In our neighbourhood there are several restaurants that have received Michelin star recognition. It is very close to Santander and also to the beaches of the Quebrada coast, recently declared a geo park by Unesco.

The nearest airports are Santander, eight minutes from home, Bilbao one hour away, San Sebastian two hours away, Madrid four hours away.
