General Overview
Welcome to the emerald coast!!!
Our second residence is located in a quiet condominium with a green and pure landscape. This is a condo with a communal swimming pool.
This is a house of 92 m2, located in Oruña de Pielagos, a nice village, 12 km away from thé wonderful city of Santander in Cantabria, Spain. (10 minutes by car).
The first floor has a living room with Smart TV (cable TV, Netflix and cinema home) , there is a leather sofa. Two bedrooms with Closet, the kitchen is next to the house entrance, next to the stair ) fully equiped, high-tech with all appliances (coffee machine dolce gusto ,washing and drying machine, oven and microwave etc... ), a bathroom with a shower and a nice terrace, (available for smokers).
The second floor has two bedrooms one of 17m2 with bed of 150x2 m with living area and another with a bed of 135x2m, desk area, both with dressing area and a bathroom with a bath. Both floors in fact, are independent.
Our dear house, cozy, nice, and practical has our family heritage souvenirs.
There is a covered private parking garage. (Entrance 2,10m)
The house is very comfortable and and you can get all the amenities that you need and There is a fantastic heating for winter. There is a perfect wifi for working.
We love little dogs, well behaved (no more than 6kg, never alone at home ). Our little Poodle is very well behaved, she is a hipoalergénic pet and she doesn’t let hair out.
Our house is perfect for a family holiday !!We propose you a keeping house service to prépare the house for you, with a reasonable price 60 € at check in because of the COVID circumstances. (Thanks for understanding).7 days minimun.

We are a family of four members, Eva, Jesus Angel and and our children Miriam (18 )and Mario (11) .
My husband is beekeeper an I’am a lawyer.
We love travelling, knowing different cultures and speaking other languages. (Our preferences are Spanish school holidays.) we try to search cultural or sports activities for them.
No smokers, We have got a nice and cozy second home 10 minutes away from Santander,(a very cosmopolitan city) in Cantabria in the north of Spain. This area is really wonderful! There are a lot of charming villages next to the sea or mountains, ( next to the Basque country and Asturias), you can enjoy the best surfing beaches 3 km away (Liencres) and Alto Campoo is a very good option to go skiing in winter 45min away, both with breathtaking views. Golf-lovers can enjoy Abra del Pas golf course (3 km). The Pas river is near so adventure's activities are possible.
Our house is near some restaurants with several Michelin stars!
We are clean, tidy and respectful to other peoples homes. We love dogs and for this reason our little toy poodle (3kg)comes always with us. The poodles are hypoalergenic pets and they don't let hair out. Never alone in the house when we travel, so we allow one dog in the same conditions (no more than 7 kg). We have a house keeping service to prepare the house for you (60€) because of the Covid circumstances, at check in for our house keeper. Thank you for understanding. For exchanges with gps 4 day minimum, 7 in summer.
