General overview
We live in a converted mill house with lovely views front and back of the beautiful Cotswolds countryside. Kingfishers fly across the pond that's immediately outside our front door, currently we have a resident heron, there are often squirrels and pheasants in the garden. Itβs free from traffic noise and home to us our two children 13 and 8, and our cat (he does his own thing) and our three hens.
There are two bedrooms, one adult, one childβs room (with two single beds), complete with toys and books, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (we like to cook) with balcony attached and a living room that serves as a playroom too.
We are almost next door to an old church, the back garden leads onto a play park/village green (no roads to cross) and we are a very short walk to two pubs and a thriving cafe and village store.
There are many walks on footpaths through the local countryside and woods straight from the front door.
The space
Childrenβs toys, books, office space, no traffic noise, fully equipped kitchen. One king size bed, two single beds. Very good quality inflatable mattresses for extra children or to put a child in the main room with you.
Guest access
Here are three floors and steps down to the garden.
Notes
We have a cat and three hens which we would like a guests to enjoy. The hens and the cat just need topping up with dried food and water and the hens eggs need to be collected every day or two for your own use.
There are tropical fish in the kitchen who would appreciate some flakes every day or two.
All pet responsibilities take Approx 5 mins per day all in.

Neighbourhood
Two pubs and a busy cafe and shop. We are three miles from the market town Morton-in -Marsh and three miles from the village of Chipping Campden .
Our Village, Blockley, is used as the setting in the famous Father Brown TV series.
Getting to my home
Moreton-in-Marsh is the closest train station (its on the London Paddington line to Malvern) - is travelling by train you would also need to take a taxi to out home (under Β£10).
It is better to have a car here as the buses aren't frequent.
Nearest airport
All London airports, Bristol and Birmingham could be used. I find Birmingham airport the quickest and easiest but there are fewer flights to there.
Getting around
You would preferably have a car. Buses are infrequent. But it is definatley doable to use the train and a a few taxis depending on how much sight seeing you'd like to do outside our own pretty village.
