Our home is in a quiet tree-lined street in the neighborhood of Eagle Rock. 7 miles away from downtown LA, Hollywood, and Universal studios.
The space
Open concept kitchen and living room area. An outdoor space with tables and chairs, a patio umbrella, and a barbecue grill. Bathroom with shower and tub, and a separate outdoor laundry area.
Notes
I will be an empty nester come Fall 2022 and want to travel more and have adventures and make friends along the way. Anything from warm to not too cold weather is preferred. I’m a mild-mannered easy-going person who is clean and tidy and will treat your home with care and respect and expect the same.
I enjoy being nature walks or strolling in the urban jungle. Weekend getaways, long weekends, or 1-2 weeks stay as a solo traveler or bringing my teen (depends on the month) or bringing a friend or two (at most)

Louise's home is cute and cozy! We felt right at home. The location was also great, easy access to freeways and Burbank airport. There was so much to do, we'll have to plan a return trip to cross off more on our list. -
