Typiquement parisien / haussmannien, notre appartement est très agréable à vivre et offre un espace exceptionnel à Paris (175 m2). Il est parfaitement situé pour visiter la ville tout en offrant de multiples lieux de détente à proximité directe. 
Notre appartement est calme et lumineux, situé dans un bel immeuble hausmannien tout proche du Canal Saint-Martin. Il compte 4 grandes chambres (dont l'une avec lit king size), un grand séjour avec canapé convertible d’excellente qualité (et non pas un simple couchage d’appoint; possibilité d'isoler le salon de la salle à manger pour en faire une vraie chambre supplémentaire), une cuisine avec coin repas séparé, 1 salle de bain avec baignoire, 1 salle de bain avec douche, 2 dressings et 2 WC + TV écran plat (avec Netflix), DVD, wifi, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, séchoir, équivalent Thermomix, Instant pot, piano Yamaha, etc. Nous pouvons aussi mettre à disposition du matériel pour bébé, ainsi que de nombreux jouets, jeux de société, lit enfant, etc. et du matériel de plein air, y compris vélos et trottinettes. L’appartement peut loger très confortablement 7 personnes + un bébé.
IMPORTANT: PAS DE FÊTE OU DE GRANDE RÉUNION DANS L'APPARTEMENT, malgré sa taille : notre immeuble est très calme et doit le rester... 
L'appartement est grand et il s'agit de notre résidence principale, aussi sauf échange réciproque, nous ne souhaitons pas échanger pour moins de 4 nuits.

LOCALISATION
Le métro (4 lignes) à deux pas, et la facilité d’accès de tout Paris.
Le Canal St Martin et le bassin de la Villette (superbe balade en grande partie piétonne), le grand nombre d’activités à proximité directe et les 2 très grands parcs tout proches (très différents): les Buttes-Chaumont (pour le romantisme) et la Villette (pour les innombrables activités). Et en été, baignade autorisée et surveillée en plein air sur le Bassin (3 bassins), et toute l'offre de Paris-plages. Nous pouvons vous prêter des vélos, des casques, et des sièges bébé/enfant. Il est maintenant extrêmement agréable de faire du vélo à Paris.

Our apartment is very large by Parisian standards (175sq.m. ) It has 4 bedrooms (the Master's bedroom has a king size bed), a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bath, another one with shower and 2 restrooms. It has wi-fi, full HD TV (with Netflix), washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, Instant pot, Thermomix, Yamaha piano, etc. Many CDs, DVDs and books in the apartment, for all ages, in English and in French. The living-room can be turned into a separated extra bedroom if needed.  We also have baby and kid equipment, plenty of toys, board games, etc. We can lend you our bikes and scooters, as well as arrange a cleaning service and/or English-speaking babysitting on request.
PLEASE NOTE: NO PARTY OR LARGE MEETING IN OUR APARTMENT : our building is very quiet and must stay so...

LOCATION
You'll get all of the excitement and culture of Paris, in a family-friendly, green and relaxing neighbourhood. Iconic Canal St Martin and Bassin de la Villette, just around the corner, are mostly pedestrianed, both hip and very family-friendly, with a nice promenade along the water, many playgrounds (outdoor and indoor) and numerous parks around. This location combines very good accessibility (4 lines just around the corner: the Louvre, which is right in the center of Paris, is is only 15 mn away by metro, the Galeries Lafayette 5mn, Châtelet 15 mn, Montmartre 10 mn, Gare du Nord 5 mn) with a very quiet, relaxing and leisure-oriented atmosphere, along the water or in the adjacent parks (Buttes-Chaumont and La Villette). Several metro and bus stations at 3mn walk, 2 train stations at 10mn walk. During summer, Paris-plages offers so much to do for all ages - as well as a free open-air swimming pool. We can lend you bikes, helmets and baby/children seats. Paris is now very bike-friendly!
