General overview
Our home is on a quite cul de sac in a lovely small town with easy access to both the outdoors and the city of Denver. Perfectly situated between Boulder (13 minutes) and Denver (20 minutes), we have our own quaint downtown with restaurants, shops, library, parks, framer's market, and recreation center. We love that we can walk, bike, and bus anywhere, and be on the mountain trails within minutes. We live in an outdoor enthusiast's dream. We live close to hiking, biking, mountain climbing, horseback riding, swimming, kayaking, paddle-boarding., and skiing of course. Our community offers world class restaurants, bakeries, breweries, and festivals.
The space
Our home is perfect for families with children as we have space to spread out and a large yard and deck (and hot tub) for relaxing or playing. The home consists of: 1 master bedroom (king bed + bathroom), 2 kids' rooms (3 single beds + shared bathroom) , 2 guest rooms (2 queen beds + shared bathroom). There is a recreation room on the bottom level. There is ample parking for 2-3 cars.

We live in a quiet family neighborhood where everyone knows each other. Our home backs up to a soccer field, running/biking trail, and is .25 miles to a park with a playground.
