The space

The apartment occupies the ground floor of a duplex. It has 3 bedrooms: the master bedroom, with a very large bed (193 cm), and the 2 children's bedrooms, each with a single bed (96 cm). The living room is warm, with its piano and fireplace, and opens onto a small balcony. The elegant dining room can seat 8 people comfortably. The kitchen is spacious and opens onto the terrace. In the basement, the family room is equipped with a giant screen television and a video game console. The house has air conditioning.
