Our 185 m2 apartment, with its brick facade, hardwood floors and high ceilings, is typical of Notre-Dame-de-Grâce (NDG), a beautiful residential neighborhood in the heart of the island of Montreal. It is within walking distance of all services and the metro.
The space
A large newly built terrace at the back will allow you to dine outside and enjoy moments of relaxation, in the sun or in the shade depending on the time of day. A barbecue is also at your disposal.
The apartment occupies the ground floor of a duplex. It has 3 bedrooms: the master bedroom, with a very large bed (193 cm), and the 2 children's bedrooms, each with a single bed (96 cm).
The living room is warm, with its piano and fireplace, and opens onto a small balcony. The elegant dining room can seat 8 people comfortably. The kitchen is spacious and opens onto the terrace. In the basement, the family room is equipped with a giant screen television and a video game console.
The house has air conditioning.

The accommodation is on the ground floor, except the family room and the garage, which are in the basement.
