General Overview

In the heart of the Loire Valley, between Angers and Saumur, many activities on the program: - discovery of the Châteaux de la Loire, royal abbey of Fontevraud, vineyards - hiking, canoeing down the Loire, cycle paths (Loire à vélo route), swimming - Tours, Futuroscope and Puy du Fou are about 100 km away, Nantes is 120 km away and Angers is less than 2 hours from Paris by TGV.

The Space

Detached house with on the ground floor, a large living room with a fireplace, an equipped kitchen, an office and a small laundry room which gives access to the basement. Upstairs are the 3 children's bedrooms (including one with the possibility of 2 separate beds), the parents' bedroom, the bathroom. Our garden (1800m2) is planted with trees and equipped with games for children.

Guest Access

The bedrooms are upstairs. There is a basement.

We leave our bikes (adults and children) and a trailer. We have 2 cats to feed.

Neighbourhood

The house is located at the end of a dead end, in a quiet area, a few steps from the town and the shops. An outdoor swimming pool is less than 10 minutes away on foot, on the banks of the Loire. There are hiking trails at the end of the street.

Getting Around

Shops accessible in a few minutes on foot. Supermarket (with drive and service station) in the village. We are 15 minutes from Saumur, 30 minutes from Angers, 1h00 from Tours and 1h30 from Nantes. A28 at 10 km, A11 at 30 km. The nearest train station is 2 km away (Les Rosiers sur Loire), otherwise, in Saumur or Angers.
