General overview
Our spacious home is located in the heart of Sonoma County wine country. With walking, trails, biking, fishing, golf and activities galore. Head to Spring Lake for paddle boarding, fishing, kayaking or a 3.5 mile walk around the lake itself with breathtaking views. Or head right down the road to Howarth park for a picnic, train or horse ride or play on the massive play structure (kids of all ages :) Countless wineries abound Sonoma and Napa County. Head to the Barlow in Sebastapol for fun nightlife shops and be sure to grab the wine of your choice at Region and a scoop of ice cream at Two Dog Night Creamery. Our home is also located very close to San Francisco where you can visit Alcatraz, Pier 39 or any of the countless wonders the Bay Area has to offer.
The space
The house is full of light and glass with beautiful mountain and pool views from almost every window. Enjoy the large open kitchen, including an island with a breakfast area that has seating for 4, and dining table that seats up to 8. Our newly renovated home offers an open floor plan of 3,024 sq. ft. that incorporates vaulted ceilings, an elegant spacious feel throughout and stunning views of the mountains. One bedroom downstairs with King Size bed and bathroom with shower. Upstairs has 2 additional bedrooms and an office with computer, incredible views and privacy, as needed. The backyard can be enjoyed for hours on end with a full dining table, seats up to 8, pool and hot tub.
