General overview
A fairly modern harbourside development overlooking Brownsea Island, Poole yacht club and a harbour beach. A 10 minute walk over Poole Bridge to the Quay.
The space
Pebbles @ Puffin House is a two bedroom apartment. A double bedroom with built in wardrobe is available for your use. The other bedroom is mine and is not available for guests. There is an open plan kitchen and lounge leading onto a pleasant balcony with yacht club and harbour views. There is also a bathroom with a shower over the bath. A secure car parking space is provided.
Guest access
'Pebbles' is on the first floor of Puffin House. There is a lift from the ground floor as well as the stairs. The building is accessed using a number code.

Neighbourhood
Puffin House is part of the Harbour Reach development in Hamworthy, Poole. It is an attractive environment with outdoor communal spaces as well as a footbridge over a disused railway line to reach the beach.
Poole Yacht Club is within sight and the sounds of the boat's rigging can be heard as well as the seagulls!
Getting to my home
Poole railway station is 1.5 miles away with trains running regularly to London Waterloo.
Bournemouth Airport is 11 miles away.
The ferry terminal for ferries to Cherburg is only 0.6 miles; perfect for a trip to France.
It is easy to reach Poole by car.

Getting around
You can walk over to Poole quay in 10 minutes and make the most if its cafes, restaurants and harbour boat trips. To go exploring further afield a car is convenient but there are also buses covering the whole area.
