Getting to my home

If you are coming from overseas, we suggest you fly to Brisbane and either book a transfer from the airport or arrange a car swap with us. Otherwise, the Sunshine Coast airport is about 15 mins from us if you come from another state within Australia.

Getting Around

Technically, you could walk to the nearest grocery store, which is about 20 mins away. Nearest coffee shop about 10 mins walk away. However, being without a car in the suburbs is not practical, we can lend you ours if you promise to take good care of it ;)

Peter

We are Peter & Sandra, an IT couple with 2 kids, Marcel and Lili. We enjoy travelling and living in new places, so our preferences is both short term exchanges locally, or long term exchanges overseas. A fun fact about us: as newlyweds, we travelled around Australia for 11 months in a four wheel drive, partly to discover where to settle down after our trip. We chose Queensland, the Sunshine State of Australia! Our current address lets us to explore the amazing outdoors as we are close to some beautiful national parks with tropical rainforests, and awesome sandy beaches as well. With 2 small children though, it's sometimes easier to hang out in the backyard where we enjoy chilling in the pool, watching the birds that come for a visit, and some gardening.
