General overview
Large house surrounded by nature, lulled by the song of birds in a small village of 300 souls.
The swimming pool allows you to enjoy this calm or to relax after a good day of discovery.
Life is enjoyed both indoors and outdoors and the enclosed grounds allow children to play in complete safety.
House equipped with a large kitchen with open fireplace opening onto a veranda with breathtaking views, a living - dining room of 55 m² equipped with a pellet stove, therefore constant heat guaranteed, a bathroom (balneo bath and Italian shower ) and a bathroom, 4 bedrooms, a playroom for children and a basement for storage.
All on 2500 m², fully enclosed and equipped with an 11x5 m in-ground swimming pool equipped with a shelter and outdoor games for children.
The space
House of almost 250 m² with 4 bedrooms (2 double beds + 2 single beds) and an office room with a double mezzanine bed.
Our living room will allow you to relax while watching the children playing in the games room. Many games are available, whether technical, construction, animals, board games, etc. unfortunately, we do not have any games for little girls.
We have a bathroom with a large Italian shower and spa bath and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine.
The veranda allows you to have meals indoors, while being outdoors and being able to admire the soothing view.
Outside, you can prepare beautiful grills using our brick barbecue and enjoy them in the shade of the large lime tree.
All on 2,500 m² of fully enclosed land with an in-ground swimming pool protected by a shelter, which allows swimming from May to October.
Very calm environment, which allows you to relax but also to take a leisurely stroll. Hiking trails are at the door of the house for a short stroll.

The house is on 3 levels:
- Ground floor: basement and garage
- 1st floor: main rooms (veranda, kitchen, living room, bathroom, games room, 2 bedrooms and office
- 2nd floor on the mezzanine: 2 children's bedrooms
Notes
We have 3 dogs who are used to house exchanges because they exchange owners very regularly and everything goes really well whether with the adults or the children they adore.
They don't ask for anything, except to give them their kibble and a little water. Of course, they will ask for a few caresses and cuddles, some little charmers...
Some chickens will be able to give you fresh eggs every day as a reward for providing them with water (nothing more, they are self-sufficient for food).
2 dwarf goats will also keep you company but they don't need anything, they are completely independent.
Of course, our chickens and goats are free range in a plot of land separate from the house, on the other side of the road.

Neighbourhood
We are in a village of around 300 inhabitants, surrounded by nature at an altitude of 680 m. We are 30 minutes from St Etienne, 45 minutes from Lyon, 1 hour from Valence and Puy en Velay.
Our region is very diverse and has many assets:
- cultural: St Etienne (Design city with UNESCO heritage), Lyon and Vienne with their old Latin and Roman quarters (many sites to visit, many walks in perspective), numerous museums in St Etienne (mining, modern arts, etc.). ...) and Lyon including its old neighborhoods and its famous traboules.
- Sports: numerous hiking or mountain biking trails (maps available), St Pierre de Boeuf water sports center 20 minutes away, Condrieu swimming area 20 minutes away with small beaches and inflatable structures for family fun, numerous treetop adventure parks within an hour's drive, .....
- Breathtaking views of the Alps on the heights of Pilat, on the Rhône valley, .....
- We are in the immediate vicinity of the Côtes du Rhône vineyards (15 min) with the greatest wines: Côte rotie, Saint Joseph, Crozes-hermitage, etc.
- Valence is 1 hour away, the Loire gorges 40 minutes away (beaches, sailing, etc.), Ardèche gorges 1 hour 15 minutes, the Alps 2 hours away and the Mediterranean 3 hours away.
We provide you with documentation with the most beautiful sites to visit, sporting or cultural activities to do, etc.
In short, come and visit Pilat Park and its surroundings, it's worth the detour!!!!
Getting to my home
- Car: easy access, 20 minutes from the motorway exit
- Train: access via Rive de Gier station (which is itself 30 minutes from Lyon or St Etienne stations), then 15 minutes by car
- Plane: closest access via Lyon airport (Geneva Airport is 2 hours 15 minutes away), then shuttle to get the train to Rive de Gier or take the car

Getting around
The car is necessary to move around the region, these are the charms of the countryside.
