General overview
I absolutely love my victorian home which I brought by myself five years ago. It’s in the heart of a very popular beach town in the summer, while in the autumn, and winter, beaches are all to your self. I am slowly renovating it, however the kitchen a full bath have been completely redone. It has old world feeling with modern features. I live close to bustling downtown with a great night life. Very walkable and safe. My dog will be at doggie camp during my absence.
My house can sleep five.
I am looking for short term. A week to ten days. A simultaneous exchange.
The train is in town and will take you to Boston Massachusetts, 90 minutes away, or to the city. New York that is, in 21/2 hours.

Neighbourhood
Neighbors are friendly and is safe and great neighborhood to walk around, especially to quaint downtown .8 mile away.
Front road is a little busy, however the backyard is a peaceful, grassy.
Taylor Swift has a home four miles away.
Nearest airport
Westerly airport is two minutes away. RI international airport is 35 minutes away.

My second visit to Chris’s home was better than the first! Besides the beautiful beach and lighthouse (and a view of Taylor Swifts house) we took a day trip to Newport. The cliff walk, historic homes and the harbor are all worth seeing. Chris’s home is so close to so many great places (next trip Providence and Mystic Seaport), but also great if you just want a relaxing weekend at the beach. I may have to make this an annual trip! -
Cozy 120 year old house that has a new kitchen, porch and paint. It was perfect for our family of 4. We were able to sit out on the back deck and eat dinner amount the flowers. Westerly is an adorable town with some great restaurants and antique stores. The beach is 15 min away and we got to see Taylor Swifts house, which thrilled my daughter.

Christine is a very thoughtful host. She made us feel welcome in her charming house. She went out of her way to provide a playpen for our little one. We had excellent communication before and during our trip. She answered all our questions and provided us with some tips to visit the area. Her house is located in a VERY enviable area : less than 10 minutes by car to a lot of stunning beaches. We also visited Newport and Providence on day trips which was easy. A lot do in the area with kids :) Thanks Christine! Will definetely be back in Rhode Island in the future.
