General overview
Our house is located at the foot of the Parc Régionale de la Chartreuse, 20 minutes from Grenoble and 40 minutes from Lyon. You can enjoy the relaxed lifestyle of the department of Isère and discover sublime landscapes between the Vercors and the Chartreuse. In terms of gastronomy, we are not bad either with a few nuggets: Saint-Marcellin IGP (a specialty of the hostess by the way), Walnuts from Grenoble, Ravioles and other wines from Isère!
The space
The house is large and welcoming: a spacious living room with separate TV area. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (beds: 160, 180 and 90cm) and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor 1 bedroom (160 cm bed) with a small shower room as well as a games room/separate cinema. Finally a large garden with swimming pool not overlooked and breathtaking views of our magnificent Vercors.

The house is close to the town of Voiron and therefore to all amenities (shops, restaurants, cinema, petrol station...).
It is better to provide a car rental (we can also lend you a vehicle).

We are looking to exchange our house this winter (between December 26th and January 5th). We are open to all destinations!
We are 4 people: Stéphane and Sylvie, the parents, we like to laugh, discover and share (and also eat well!). Eloise, 13 years old always smiling and Nathan, almost 11 years old, the little adventurer!
Oh yes ! We also have a youngest, Okda, the Finn from Lapland, our love dog (who leaves with us as soon as possible).
We are open to all destination proposals, only downside we only exchange during school holidays.
