General overview

What you will love about this accommodation Our house is around thirty years old We make repairs as we go The house is on one level and has 3 bedrooms, - Léo and Julian's room: 3 beds in 90 - Luna's room: Almost new double bed - Master bedroom: 2-person bed, new mattress We have a large living room where there is a large TV (new), you will have a guest account on Netflix, In the kitchen you will find all the comforts: microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, fridge of course, and freezer in the garage Our bathroom has a bathtub and a shower, we have just painted it and brought it up to date. There is a terrace behind the house with deckchairs, tables and chairs for eating, chairs under the big tree to stay cool by the above-ground swimming pool (important point: Our children know how to swim so there is no protection around It is new, change this day June 2021, please be careful and do not jump from the ladder, we would not want to damage it In the garden you will find football cages, a honeycomb swing, a trampoline, footballs etc... Vegetable garden to water and you can obviously consume everything :) thank you thank you You will have some flowers inside to water, then the garden outside 5 chickens to feed it takes a minute ;) Our house is not modern, but suits us, we are not handy at all, we learn via YouTube It may have peeling paint or other defects but it is and will always be clean Please leave the house as clean as you found it. What you'll love about the neighborhood Our house is located 3 minutes from a hypermarket and several action noz clothing stores etc. The mazamet market is every Tuesday and Saturday morning. A tavern with orchestra takes place every Friday evening from June 5 minutes from us in a magnificent place by the water see my latest photos We are located in a very green region, you will have hikes in the black mountain. I advise you to take a stroll in Carcassonne and visit the famous medieval city and its castle, approximately 45 minutes from the house. I also advise you to take a trip to Albi, see the Sainte Cécile cathedral. 45min from home Greenway 3 minutes down from the house. You can take a hike to discover the new 140-meter-long Passerelle, the magnificent medieval village of Hautpoul. You will find many bike rides, or on foot to do, 15 minutes away there is a superb lake with its branch. 5 minutes away you will find a superb park for children. Ping table, pong picnic table, Tyrolean swing sports equipment etc... see the photos https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3RaP-WIoIZE&feature=youtu.be https://actu.fr/occitanie/mazamet_81163/on-a-teste-pour-vous-la-passerelle-vertigineuse-de-mazamet-a-moins-de-100-kilometres-de-toulouse_33906402.html/amp http://www.ville-mazamet.com/mazamet-culture-et-divertissements/page-loffice-de-tourisme-mazamet-montagne-noire_2-4_8.htm https://www.facebook.com/tourismetarn/ In the neighboring town we have, Sidobre is located in the Black Mountain. We are close to several well-known cities: Carcassonne, Toulouse, Albi, Castres. Carcassonne: Located on the right bank of the Aude, the Medieval City, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a medieval complex unique in Europe due to its size and state of conservation. Its history is marked by 2000 years of conquests and by the imprint of Catharism and the Crusades. Accessible day and night, via the Narbonnaise gate and the Aude gate, a large part of the City can be visited freely. Albi: The Sainte-Cécile d'Albi Cathedral is the first tourist site visited in the Episcopal City classified by UNESCO. Sainte-Cécile, the largest brick cathedral in the world, has the appearance of a fortified castle and offers those who open the door a striking collection of paintings, sculptures and statuary. More than 800,000 visitors cross the threshold each year. https://france3-regions.francetvinfo.fr/occitanie/emissions/o-belle-vie?fbclid=IwAR3jU3THlK9iI-WGMfjImL_1khnKNWjpLSGfPzAJ3VNAmAdUIYA7LFLPncU Toulouse: The Cité de l'espace is a center of scientific culture oriented towards space and the conquest of space, devoted as much to astronomy as to astronautics.
