General Overview

Mazatlan is a beautiful colonial city by the Pacific Ocean founded in 1531. Our condo is at Villas Club del Sol Condominium Complex is located within private El CID Golf Course with 24/7 hrs security. It has a free-form pool and a shallow area for wading or sunbathing; the condo is semi secluded and has nice green tropical areas; it has a relaxing view of the course. it's also just a few blocks away from a major supermarket for groceries at a 5-17 min radius walk (oxxo, kiosko, soriana). Small car is included to move within the golf course. Public transport includes buses, pulmonias, taxis that will take you to other parts of Mazatlanare inexpensive. Beach, Golden zone and restaurants are 5 min by car. This is a 2-bedroom,2 bathroom unit on the 1st floor (9 stairs) in a quiet corner of the pool area. Size is about 1150 sf. Condo has a Queen-size bed in master bedroom,2 twin beds in 2nd bedroom, living and dining area, kitchen, private laundry, roofed terrace with table and 4 chairs and a gas grill. Furniture is modern. 42” screen TV in living room area, 42” flat screen in master bedroom. WiFi available and satellite TV streaming service and Netflix. El Cid Residencial area is a private neighborhood with controlled access and is simply the best and most peaceful place to live in Mazatlan. The clubhouse has a beauty salon, gym, tennis and basketball court, a nice restaurant, etc. Mazatlan MX is a favorite North America snowbird destination where you can enjoy the sun, great weather, food and friendly people at an affordable price all year round. Ideal for family with children , couples and solo travelers.

Guest Access

Guests will be given directions to El Cid Golf Course and an entry code for electronic lock to access condo When I’m in town and you need help I’m at easy reach or if not a member of my family who live nearby can go help you in case you may need something. The Golf Course has 4 private entrances with 24/7 hr survaillance .

Taxi ride from airport to the condo is 30-35 min Price is around 500 pesos.
