General Overview

The Studio is located in Dukes Hotel on the Palm Jumeirah. You will have access to all the facilities of the hotel pool, gym, sauna, beach. It is like going to a 5* hotels but having your own apartment. The beach and the infinity pool are marvelous. ULA is a Mediterranean restaurant by the pool. There is a lazy river as well. Close by: a shopping mall walking distance with a Waitrose supermarket, plenty of restaurants and a nice boardwalk on the beach.

The Space

Studio with king bed with adjacent living room and kitchen. It is a "LOFT" style apartment. The bedroom and living room are separated by a divisor wall (there is no door for the bedroom). There is a sofa bed in the living room that can sleep 1 Adult or 2 children.

Guest Access

Access via lift, concierge, free parking/valet parking, baggage service, free beach towel service, ATM onsite/ taxi stand. Strict 15h00 check and 12h00pm check out policy. Possibility to store your baggage and still use the facilities (pool/beach/shower).

Notes

There are restaurants onsite. There is a possibility to pay to include breakfast, half or full board (price on demand and paid directly to the hotel). There is a mandatory fee of AED20 (Approx USD 5 / EUR 4) per day to be paid at the hotel and include daily housekeeping/change of towels/free water/beach towel. This fee includes the end of stay cleaning. You do not have to clean when you leave !
