Welcome to your N. Michigan getaway. This home is perfectly suited for multiple families. With 2 separate kitchen and dining areas, the lodge easily handles 12+ overnight guests with everyone having room to breathe with built in areas for quiet/privacy. Over 1.5 acres of space and twenty miles from downtown Traverse City, you are close enough to get anywhere you want to go, but away from the hustle and bustle. It's your choice!
Picturesque waterfront property perched high on a hill. This is a gorgeous 4-bedroom, 3-bath lodge in charming South Boardman that sleeps 12. It is located right on the South Boardman River and makes great use of the dock, sand toys, fire ring, and waterside patio furniture all included! Guests are welcome to bring their own fishing gear! This slow moving river makes the area perfect for swimming, fishing and nature watching.
Inside, the lodge is a beautiful example of a true northern Michigan home with incredible woodwork and nature-themed decorations throughout! Located on 1.5 acres lot at the end of a dead end cul-de-sac. Plenty of off street parking for all of your toys!
It is approx. 3000 sq. ft. in size with 3 levels as well as 2 kitchen spaces with enough room for everyone!

This is a unique lakefront home which sits on a dead end street cul-de-sac. Nestled among the trees. Head down to the shore, where the sandy beach and warm water invite you to sit on the dock, put your toes in the water, and while away the day. New adirondack chairs flank the fire pit, where a fire is a great way to wind down in the evening. Snuggle up in your hoodie, grab a blanket, and sit a while! The deck on the house is also very comfy. Set out a buffet, and let your group fend for themselves. Or, do it up, and have a boisterous group dinner. There's everything you need for grilling, cooking or baking. Beds are super cozy. There are also dedicated workspace to work or learn remotely. Inside, cozy couches are there for you to snuggle up and read a book, watch a movie, or take a nap. We'd love to have you visit!
