General overview
The house fully renovate in 2020 is 10-15 min by bus or bike from the center of Toulouse.
We also have a small garden with a terrasse for barbecue and aperitif with neighbors or other friends.
The garden is directly open to neighbors gardens :)
Toulouse is a great place too live. The people love to eat and take good times with friends.
Toulouse is a very lively and dynamic city with lot of students and one of the main place in Europe for aerospatial and planes. (Airbus).
The city is situate between the Pyrenees moutaines, the Mediterranean and Atlantic Seas and really near to Spain.
From 1 hour to 3 hours by car, you could discover all theses wonderful places.
The space
The house has:
- 1 big living room with an open kitchen and a fireplace
- 3 bedrooms dispatched on 2 levels
- 2 bathrooms with separated WC (ground floor + 1st floor)
- laundry
- garage with laundry, 4 bikes
-For BBQ and apéritif a terrace and a garden !
Our cleaning maid comes once a week. We can arrange that she comes to do the cleaning while you are here or at the end of your stay.
Guest access
The access of the house and between levels is done by stairs

The district is residential and one of the most research in the city due to :
A lot of big houses with gardens
The direct and fast access to the center of the city as well as the ring road,
Two big renowned schools and high schools.
Getting to my home
From the airport of Toulouse, you could that public transports (tramway and bus) or a car.
The access is really easy due too the proximity of the ring road.

The airport of TOULOUSE BLAGNAC is at 20 km / 20 min from the house
Getting around
The best ways to go in the center of Toulouse is the bus.
The line number 2 is 5 minutes walk from the house (300m) and take 10 minutes to drop you in the center.
You have bus every 10 minutes from 5 a.m to 1 am.
You can also use bikes (electrical ones are better) or car.

Hello.
We are a family with 2 childrens (a boy 9 and a girl 14) living in the beautiful city of Toulouse in the South of France.
Before that we travel a lot for jobs (most in Africa) and also for holidays. We spend one year to overland from France to Cambodia across 21 countries. It was an incredible experience for all the family.
Sam is born in Cambodia and work as cost controller.
Eric come from Perpignan (not far from Toulouse) and he is an engineer and urbanist who love photography :
