General overview
We have a beautiful apartment facing NYC on the east river. We are located on beautiful Roosevelt Island. We are a family of 2 and we have 2 cats and a small dog.
The dog will never be here for exchanges but most likely the cats would be. They do not require any care if you prefer we have a cat sitter that will come in daily at your convenience and handle everything. They love people and are very calm as they are both 16yrs old!
The space
We have a beautiful 2bd/2ba apartment
Living area, full kitchen and a balcony that faces NYC and we are on the east river. Each room has an air purifier, fan and AC/heat units.
We have a queen bed, 2 twin beds, a futon. Also have a couch that makes into a bed and a queen and twin air mattress if a large family wanted to use all the space. We have have 10 people here at one time with no issue.
We are also open to hospitality just msg for dates.
Our apartment has a balcony that faces Empire State Building, One World Trade Center.
