Neighbourhood

Our hose is located in Rancho Embarcadero, a housing community of 1+ acre parcels. There is a community playground nearby. Very quiet with a country feel. Easy to walk around the neighborhood, or find local hiking trails in the Santa Barbara foothills. 1 mile to the beach. 1 mile to Sandpiper golf course. 10 minutes to downtown Santa Barbara. 45 minutes to Santa Ynez wine country. 2-ish hours to LA, Hollywood, Disneyland, etc.

We are 10 minutes to Santa Barbara airport, and about 2 hours from LAX.

Getting Around

Easy 3 mile drive to grocery stores, Costco, etc. 10 minute drive to downtown Santa Barbara.
