General Overview

Large 5 bedroom and 4 bathroom house well located in a quiet suburb where you will find all the services (restaurants, shops, various activities). Easy to access on one side Montreal with all that a big city has to offer and on the other direction the mountains, the greenery, the many lakes of the Laurentians and its varied activities in the heart of nature.

The Space

Kitchen, living and dining room is on the main floor, plus a bedroom (single bed)/office and a bathroom. Upstairs you'll find 4 bedrooms (two rooms have double beds, one has two single beds and the main one has a king size), 2 bathrooms and a den. Basement houses one big games room with an extra (queen size) bed in a little nook and a 4th bathroom.
