Nature lovers, you have come to the right place. 120m2 house located in a Landes village 2min walk from the Landes forest and cycle paths. 10 min from the lakes and 25 min from the beaches. Quiet place all year round.

In summer, enjoy the beautiful ocean beaches 25min away (surf fan?), in Biscarrosse and Mimizan.
The lakes are also exceptional.
Finally, the Basque country (Bayonne, Biarritz, St Jean de Luz) is 1h15 away.
There is a train station in the village which serves Bordeaux (45min) and Paris (3h30).

The Space

There are three rooms:
- 1 master bedroom with 180/200 bed
- 1 children's bedroom with 1 single bed 90/190
- 1 child's bedroom with a small 70/140 bed
(we also have an office with a sofa bed 140 but we prefer to leave it closed; if necessary consult us).

A fully equipped American kitchen overlooking the living room and dining room.
The sofa can accommodate 1 person.
