General Overview

3 bedroom home in Mount Martha, Victoria. Approximately 1 hour outside of Melbourne. We are a 5 minute drive from Mount Martha Village and beach, the same to Mornington.

The Space

Our pool is the highlight! We use it every day possible which is 7/8 months of the year. Ducks not included although at the time of writing they are visiting most mornings! Our three bedroom house is set up for couples with a child or children. The spare room/office pictured has a fold out bed which allows for another two adults or children to sleep comfortably! Two living spaces means that there can be some separation. The e use the second living as more of a playroom but it can be used either way :)

Guest Access

You'll have access to the whole house, pool included and large garden.

Notes

We have a dog, beagle Called Jez. For house exchanges in Victoria we would hope to take him with us but if travelling outside of Aus or Vic we would appreciate you caring for him.

Getting to my home

Fly to Melbourne and approximately 1.5 hours drive to mount Martha.

Getting Around

Our nearest shops is Woolworths in Benton's Square which is 5 minutes walk. There is a Japanese restaurant, sushi, chemist, flowers and nail salon etc. Mount Martha Village is a short drive, as is Mornington (less than 5 mins). I e are very close the The Briars which is a lovely walk. Wineries everywhere down the Mornington Peninsula so never too far from good food and drink!
