Dependance with independent entrance with 1 double bedroom. Private kitchenette, bathroom and patio. Private parking. The outdoor area is also equipped with a stone shower and a relaxation area where you can rest after returning from the sea. We are located in Santa Margherita di Pula, in the Eden Rock area, a private village of only houses on the hill. Located between Pula and Chia, in a strategic point to visit many beautiful beaches. A 5 minute drive away you can reach the beautiful beaches of Su Giudeu, Cala Cipolla, Tuerredda and many others. Also you can visit The beautiful archaeological area of ​​Nora (15km) and the caves is Zuddas (34 km) Next door, in the other part of the Villa, there is me who will always be available for advice on the area but respectful of the privacy of my guests.
