General overview
Family friendly neighbourhood, bus stop to Manly and Dee Why outside the front door. Stylish but homely 3 bed, house with freestanding studio and swimming pool in the garden. Perfect for families and entertaining.
We have beach toys, pool toys, lots of kids toys and a portable cot and highchair can be arranged. It is the perfect space for families for a home away from home near the beach and close to the city.
The space
Open plan dining/ kitchen area which opens to north facing backyard and wrap around deck. There is a freestanding studio/ pool cabana in the backyard. Safe fully fenced backyard, great for kids and pets. We are in the process of finishing the cabana and the pool so they are not included in pics

Single level property, only 2 steps up to the house

We are in the process of putting in a swimming pool, this will be ready by the beginning of summer along with the pool cabana

Neighbourhood
Very central suburb on the Northern beaches, 10 minute drive to Dee Why beach, or 20 minutes on the bus outside the front door to Dee Why and Manly beaches. 30 minutes to the CBD of Sydney on the bus.
Getting to my home
Bus is the best way to get to the house. The number 166 and 280 stop outside our house. You can get the train to Chatswood and a bus straight to our door. Or there is the 270 from the city

Getting around
Bus at the front door. Car will be available for swap, we have 2 kids car seats available
