Welcome to our newly renovated townhome, Orlando Oasis just 10-15 minutes outside of the Disney parks.
With 2 separate master suites and 2 extra guest rooms our home is perfect for large groups. We even offer baby/child extras for your convenience.
Enjoy your home away from home. After a long day at the parks you can relax at the community hot tub or kick your feet up and enjoy your favorite Netflix shows on our ROKU and cable TV's.
Starter toiletries and towels provided.

KITCHEN
Save money and cook some of your meals in our fully equipped kitchen. We have everything you will need from pots and pans, a coffee maker, Tupperware and even a Mickey Mouse Waffle Maker.
BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS
Each of the 4 bedrooms is equipped with its on personal Cable TV. One of the 2 master suites is located on the first floor, perfect for someone that has trouble using stairs.
Both master suites have BLACKOUT curtains to help you get the beauty rest you need while you are on vacation. The second master suite along with 2 other guest rooms are upstairs.
This home boasts of 3 FULL bathrooms: one for each of the 2 master suites and one for the other 2 upstairs guests rooms to access.
WHAT WE PROVIDE
Free WiFi is included, as well as parking, cable, A/C, and ceiling fans in every room. We supply a STARTER SET of amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap, dishwasher soap, laundry pods, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. to get you started on your vacation so you don't have to run to the grocery store right when you arrive
COMMUNITY/LOCATION
Beat the Florida heat in the community pool or relax in the hot tub after a long day. Our community also has a fitness center, kids play room, mini grocery store for convenience, BBQ area, walking trail with pond, playground, volleyball net, soccer goal and basketball hoop for a lot of family fun
Lucaya Village Resort is located in a gated community . On site facilities include a outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, playground, Game Room, outdoor grill, a small groceries store for your convenience and free parking area.
This home is centrally located within 15 minutes to Disney World and has shopping and entertainment within a short drive. The gated community, Lucaya Village, has 24/7 security and ample FREE parking. This property also has one of the top-rated locations in Kissimmee! 2 minutes from Walmart.
KID FRIENDLY
Traveling with kids and feel like you are bringing your whole house with you? We offer a pack and play, Disney approved double stroller, kid friendly dinnerware and a high chair for your convenience. Let us know after you book that you would like to use our kid friendly complimentary extras.
HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
PLEASE NOTE: Cameras outside Property
For the protection of both the guests and hosts, we have two cameras posted at the entrances of the property to see who is entering/exiting.

Neighbourhood
We stayed in the home for 2 months while we renovated it and got to know the neighborhood really well. We love the safety that the gated community and 24/7 security has to offer. It is truly in an ideal location with amenities and grocery stores close by in every direction including a Walmart that is 5 minutes away. There is a the cutest little town called Celebration that is worth checking out as well.
Getting to my home
We will provide all the necessary instructions on getting to the home before your stay and will send you a unique digital code to use and a digital guidebook with information for the home.

Getting around
You will need a rental car unless you are just coming to and from the parks. You can uber to the parks if you would like.
