We live in 4 bed home at the bottom of a small cul-de-sac. It’s a very safe and quiet area with views of the whole of Belfast. We are about a 10-15 minute drive into the centre of Belfast, yet conveniently located in the Castlereagh hills, so you’ll get privacy and no traffic noise. There is a bus stop just a few minutes walk from the house, which will take you into central Belfast, or a taxi will cost you around £10.
The space
We have 4 double bedrooms, 3 reception rooms and a kitchen diner.
Our garden is on two levels, with a terrace at the top, and steps down into a grassy area. We have a large climbing frame on one side, and a garden bar & gazebo on the other.
Guest access
2 floors, and access to front and rear of house.

Neighbourhood
We live in a small quiet cul-de-sac. There are playing fields and nice walks 5 minutes’ walk from the house, and a national trust location (Lisnabreeny and Cregagh Glen) just 2 minutes drive. There is a small row of local shops at the bottom of the hill, including a Spar convenience shop, Pharmacy, Fish and chip, off licence hairdressers and Dominoes Pizza. There is a Lidl as large Tesco superstore just 5 / 7 minutes away. The closest shopping centre is forestside (8 minute drive)
Belfast has a lot to offer! For days out, there's Harland and Wolff shipyard, the Titanic museum, Ulster Museum and Botanic Gardens, Belfast zoo, Belfast Castle and Gardens, Cave Hill, W5 Discovery Centre, HMS Caroline, CS Lewis Square and Gardens, and Ulster Folk and Transport Museum. We’re also known for our pubs and restaurants, with lots of great spots just a few minutes drive away. I highly recommend a taxi into the Cathedral Quarter where you’ll find live music and the perfect pint of Guinness.
Getting to my home
We are 15 minutes drive from Belfast City airport, or 25 minutes from the international.
Nearest airport

Getting around
There is a bus stop just 5 minutes from the house. Ask for a day ticket to get you to and from Belfast city centre. The bus also stops at Lanyon Station which can take you further afield. Alternatively, a taxi to belfast will cost roughly £10
