General overview

Welcome to my cozy apartment in Nuremberg! Its 20 minutes by foot to centre of the city, 3 minutes by metro. The flat is spacious and contains modern furniture. The city is very attractive - as a historical place and as a lively modern cultural destination. You will not be bored here! There are some big festivals in the city, the greatest one is Bardentreffen, music festival open air, for free, while all the city is playing music an big and small stages (July 31st till August 2nd, https://bardentreffen.nuernberg.de/en/) There are some interesting places for children here - most big and beautiful of them is Playmobil Funpark, interesting for any age! Only 20 min by car from my place. https://www.playmobil-funpark.de/en/ You can reach Munich by train in 1 hour. You can reach easy many famous castles de Baviera, the most known is Neuschwanstein Castle (3 hours by car) https://www.neuschwanstein.de/englisch/tourist/index.htm To vist Prag, the capital of Czech Republic, it takes 3 hours by car (or by bus, there is great bus connection from Nürnberg to Prag)

The space

The living room is wide and very bright (like the whole flat), with a small balcony and a dining area with a table for 6 (or extended for 12) people. There are two bedrooms in the flat, one of them with a double bed, the second one has a trundle bed, both beds measure 160 cm x 200 cm. The fourth room is a kind of "home office" with a PC and desk - you will find another bed there, 90 cm x 200 cm, you can use this room as a third bedroom. The bathroom has a bathtub, the toilet is in a separate room. The kitchen includes everything you need. And of course - there is unlimited WIFI.

Neighbourhood

The apartment is in a calm neighbourhood, very close to the supermarket and some nice restaurants. It's very close to green meadows too, with long track by the river, which are beautiful for ride by bicycle or to walk

Getting around

Comfortable, sunny apartment just 5 minutes to metro/underground. Its 20 minutes by foot to centre of the city, 3 minutes by metro.
