Neighbourhood
The neighborhood was built in 1904 by a man that made his money in the cotton gin factory business, Robert Munger. The Munger house is just across the street from us. All of the houses are built 25 feet back off the street and in some areas you can look down the street and all of the porches line up. On most Fridays, our neighborhood has porch parties where people bring their beverage of choice and hang out on someone's porch and yard.

Dallas Love Field (DAL) is 25 minutes
Dallas / Fort Worth (DFW) is 30 minutes
Getting Around
We would be willing to discussing using one of our vehicles while we are out of town. There are also ample amounts of Uber and Lyft drivers or rental car available for use. We also have a light rail (DART).
