General Overview
We think you are going to LOVE our NEWLY RENOVATED condo!!
-It's 60 steps to the slopes! Just walk out your door, grab your skiis or bike and go!
-Brand new fully stocked kitchen and appliances and ready for you. You can even stop back in for lunch and be back on the mountain in no time.
-You and your kids will both love the pool and hot tubs! The pool is so warm you can swim in sub-zero temps while it snows on you.
-Walk, ski or take the free bus to The Village at the base. The Village has shops, restaurants, and a Starbucks and you can walk, ski, or take the bus in under 10 minutes.
-Don't drive at all! You can take the Winter Park Ski Train to Winter Park from downtown Denver, and then the bus all around town. No need for a car, but if you brought one there is FREE garage parking for one vehicle.
-Rent your skiis downstairs! There is a Ski Depot on the main floor of our building. NO need to ship or haul gear.
-Don't want to skii? You can walk to the Winter Park tubing hill or to the Village. Other winter sports are available to you including Snowshoeing, snowmobiling, shopping, spas, and festivals.
-Our property has everything you need for you and your family. Our unit is fully stocked with fluffy towels, bath robes, hair dryer, plenty of utensils and cookware, bedding and a cozy fireplace. We also have a pack and play, as well as a Keurig coffee maker and new smart TV's. There is a great work out room and game room in the building, and Netflix, Amazon, Hulu and HBO. Use the media center, take a dip in the pool or hot tubs, get a massage, and RELAX!
We charge a cleaning fee of $120 via venmo or paypal to get the space ready for the next guests and change out linens etc.
