General Overview

We have a 2100 square foot (195 ms) home on 3 acres, and we have a small vineyard on our property that is over 100 years old! We are located in the country, yet just 10 minutes drive to town. We have a 40 foot above ground pool and a hot tub. You can pick veggies from the garden and barbecue on the decks overlooking the large valley oaks and vineyard views. The living room has a beautiful upright Yamaha piano. We have a large garden with vegetables and flowers. From here you can explore the wine country, the Sonoma coast, San Francisco and the Bay area, and other nearby smaller towns, such as Sebastopol and Healdsburg. We do have a cat who stays outside during the day and comes in for the night. He will need to be fed and let in and out. We have a neighbor who is available if you will be out of town.

In our neighborhood you will find other country homes on 3 or more acres, and also many wineries where you can go wine tasting. The nearest store is a 10 minute drive. We have friendly neighbors on our lane nearby.

Getting to my home

We are 10 minutes from our local airport, Charles Schultz Airport. From overseas you can fly to San Francisco or Oakland, then take the airporter bus to Santa Rosa

Getting Around

You will need a car at our home. We are open to trading cars.
