Your Inbox, Your Way: New Notification Settings for New Homes

One of the things we hear most often from members is that they love knowing when new homes join the Community. Whether it's that farmhouse in Burgundy, a city apartment in Buenos Aires, or something completely unexpected that makes you think "oh, that's the one" — there's a particular thrill to finding a new home before anyone else has had a chance to enquire.
 
We've been listening, and we've made some changes to the way we notify you about new Premium homes. Here's what's now available in your settings.
 
The Daily Digest — now even better
 
The Daily Digest has always been a favourite, and we've been quietly making it better. As well as new Premium homes joining the Community, it will now include a curated selection of homes from our longer-standing members — homes we think deserve more attention and could be a great fit for someone in our Community. Our Member Experience team works constantly with members to strengthen their profiles and help them find the exchanges they're looking for, and this is one of the ways we can support that.
 
There's also more to come in the Digest — we're working on something we think you'll genuinely love, and we'll be sharing more about that soon.
 
The Weekly Digest — for a quieter inbox
 
If every day feels like too much, the Weekly Digest lands in your inbox on Monday mornings (Australian time) with a selection of new and notable homes, plus a link through to the full digest. A gentle start to the week.

 

 
Immediate Notifications — be the first to know
 
Want to be the very first to reach out to a new Premium member? Tick the box for Immediate Notifications and you'll hear about new Premium homes the moment they join — before they appear in anyone's digest. Just be aware that our Member Experience team may not have had a chance to review the profile yet, so some of these homes will still be a work in progress. Think of it as getting in early.
 
Mix and match — it's entirely up to you
 
You can choose one, two, or all three. Or none — if you'd rather browse at your own pace, you can turn them all off. Your preferences are entirely yours.
