Family home in a residential neighborhood. Victoria is a beautiful city with lots to do from whale watching to the world famous Butchart Gardens. Half a block away is a bus stop with very good routes to downtown etc. We are a 20 minute walk to the beach and also 20 minutes to the cute Oak Bay Village with shops and restaurants. 10 minutes away is a large grocery store a d liquor store. At the end of our street is a small strip mall with a corner store, coffee shop, pizza place and an excellent cheese shop/deli.
Der Raum
Our home includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, with ensuite and flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and also a flat screen TV. The living room is very comfy and cozy with a new 65” TV. I love to cook so you will find my kitchen has every possible utensil, tools that you could ever need. You may need to search a bit 😉. There is also an open family room /dining area. Outside we have a few seating places depending on the weather. The back yard is completely private and fenced.

There are about 7 stairs to enter the front door and about the same to access the back garden.

The victoria international airport YYJ is about a 25 minute drive from the house. If you are coming from the mainland (Vancouver). You need to take a ferry. (www.bcferries.com). The ferry terminal is about 30 minutes from the house.
