This idyllic vacation getaway invites you to relax out on your large private deck, soak in the hot tub and enjoy the peace of a cozy home away from home. This home is spacious and tastefully decorated. It is stocked with everything you will need to cook, play, and explore. It is equipped with all the amenities you will need for your stay and more! It's 5 minutes to beautiful beaches and lakes and in a very central location perfect for exploring beautiful Vancouver Island. Downtown is just a 20 min drive!

We want you to feel at home so we made sure everything was cozy and comfortable! It's great for kids with a huge 1/2 Acre fully fenced back yard, playground and basketball hoop, separate playroom and TV room with a 72 inch TV and comfortable seating to watch movies and unwind! There's a Hot tub and Large Deck with deck furniture which are great for BBQing and entertaining! There is even a Hammock to enjoy an afternoon nap on the deck.
Our home is very Central, everywhere is 10-15 min drive! Butchart gardens is just 10 minutes away.
Gastzugang
Our entry has a lock pad to enter. There are two floors and upon entry you can go up or down a staircase, depending on your preference. There are three steps outside and lots of parking!

Located in a Central location (Central Saanich), our house is 10 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from the BC ferries, 10 minutes to the World Famous Butchart Gardens and 10 minutes to downtown Victoria.
Our neighborhood is very family friendly. There is a Co-op Grocery Store, Pharmacy, Liquor store, and Gas Station around 5 minutes away. Island View Beach is 5 minute drive away and Elk lake is 5 minute drive away as well!
You will love this central location. It has easy access to the Highway and so much to see within a 10 minute drive!

Spend your days touring Centennial Square, Jazz Fest and the fabulous events of the summer season downtown Victoria. Take in all the street performers, talented local artists and incredible musicians on the world famous Inner Harbour and Government Street. Spend your evenings walking along the ocean at Dallas Road and stroll the breakwater to the picture perfect lighthouse, topping off the night with a beer and tappa at one of the amazing restaurants Victoria is famous for.
Saturdays, in the late afternoon and evening is a great day to plan to take in the stunning sights at the World Famous Butchart Gardens. Enjoy a dinner in the gardens and a fabulous fireworks display when the sun goes down, all summer long! Bring a blanket to lay on under the stars!
Most of the beautiful beaches in the Greater Victoria area are a short 15-20 min drive away. You can also enjoy a beautiful 10km walk around Elk and Beaver Lake, a 5 minute drive away.
