Come and relax at this beautiful beach getaway! This lovely unit includes all: furniture, linens, cookware and electronics. It is our second home that we use a few times every year so it has everything you need to feel at home. 

This two bedroom 1½ bathroom has everything you need. The unit is located on the side of the building away from the street so it is very quiet and comfortable. It has a beautiful view over the canal and you can watch the sunset from the balcony. The unit has central AC and the balcony is screened. The area is very safe so you can go for evening walks and enjoy the neighborhood.

From Bedroom 1, The living room and balcony you have a fantastic view over the canal and quiet neighborhood. From Bedroom 2 you will be overlooking a beautiful yard with a heated pool, gas grill and everything you will need during your vacation stay. There are shuffleboards, a golf putting green and a clubhouse with bathrooms and shower for your convenience. Even a private beach access across the street. And of course we provide beach umbrellas, beach chairs and beach towels.

We have one free parking spot and there are a couple of guest parking spaces too. There is a coin laundry room and free wi-fi wireless internet in the building. The unit has central a/c, fully equipped kitchen and a half bathroom for bedroom 2.

There is a dock outside of the building where you can fish in the canal or just sit and relax. 

The unit is located only a 30 minute drive from Fort Lauderdale airport and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We are at the third floor and there is an elevator close to our unit. Not close enough to disturb you though.

We are a family of five that lives in Sweden. Our boys are in the ages 5, 9 and 15 and loves to travel. We have a holiday home in Florida which we bought 2010. We have spent a lot of time there and love it but we would like to see some other parts of the world also.
