Mid century meets cottage charm in this close in SE Portland home. Nestled in between Powell and Division, you’ll be close to shopping, restaurants, and public transit just minutes from downtown.

Upon entrance into the house, we have a living room with a door to the outside patio. We have an open concept living with a kitchen with all new appliances and a dining room. The kitchen features a breakfast nook. We have two fridges so plenty of space to store all items.
We have two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. Our bathroom features 4 facets including a rain shower.
Downstairs, you will find a laundry room, play room, bedroom, entertainment space with large tv/couch as well as a bath shower that was just renovated.
Gastzugang
If you enter through the side door or the front door there are two steps.
One steep set of stairs going into the basement are steep.
Anmerkungen
We have very friendly neighbors who are very supportive and will definitely say hi and be aware of the home exchange. I will provide all wifi passwords and instructions as well as provide you with their contact information for emergencies.
In the summer, I receive fresh produce from the neighbors several times a week. We also give each other cookies and I buy them presents when I am out of town.

Located in the heart of SE, everything is at your finger tips. Restaurants, bars, breweries are within 7 minute walk. The city center is 3 miles from our home and nothing in the city takes long to get to.

We have buses, cabs scooters and bikes to rent that can take you anywhere.
You can borrow our bikes but the benefit of renting a bike is that you can leave it anywhere.

My husband and myself had a great 5 days in Portland at Korallynn’s home. Best thing about the house is the location. Just minutes from downtown which you can access via public transport and grocery store/bars/restaurants all in walking distance. We did have a car for seeing the coast and other areas but you don’t need one if you stay in town. We walked home several nights after a few drinks. The home was quaint/cozy/neat and well equipped with everything we could need for our stay. The fancy shower head was definitely a treat! The beauty of Oregon cannot be beat. There are so many gardens, hiking trails, the coast, etc.
