Our house is situated in a regular family neighborhood in south Austin. Lots of people out walking their dogs or families taking a stroll.

We live in a three-bedroom two bath house-one story. Our house has two fireplaces, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom.
The master bedroom is a gem. We have the most comfortable Tempur-pedic mattress king size, a sitting area with a leather couch and a fireplace looking towards the windows. One of the other rooms has a twin bed that also pulls out to a full-size king bed. The third room has a set of bunkbeds.
Our house has plenty of toys for those who need it. The backyard has a playscape, play house, trampoline, tree swings, and a barbecue pit. We also have a small garden on the side of our house and you are welcome to anything that’s growing at the time. Overlooking our backyard is the beloved duckpond. Just walk outside our front door to go feed the ducks or sit on the neighborhood bench and relax.
We also have transformed our garage into a play area (more pictures to come). There is a TV and chairs, toys, and a four in one game table. There is a split AC unit as well so the temperature can be regulated as needed. Coming soon, we will be putting some sort of sleeping bed in there as well such as a pull-out couch.

We love South Austin! We have been here for almost 20 years and love this area. We live in a family oriented neighborhood, but are about a 15 minute drive to almost anything that we want to go to including downtown. There are restaurants grocery stores and parks less than a mile from us. The area we live in is one of the fastest growing areas in Austin headed towards the hill country.
