My modern and cozy 60 sqm flat is perfectly located between Torstraße and Kastanienallee, yet ideally situated on the peaceful and picturesque Zionskirchplatz. Set in a beautifully renovated old building with high ceilings and elegant wooden floors, the apartment features an open-plan layout where the dining, living, and kitchen areas flow seamlessly into each other. Carefully furnished with attention to detail, it offers a cozy and stylish atmosphere. Thanks to its orientation towards the quiet inner courtyard, the flat remains pleasantly peaceful despite its central location. The fully equipped kitchen includes a new stove and oven, fridge and freezer, washing machine, small dishwasher, and all necessary kitchen utensils. The dining area, complete with a round table and chairs, is located in front of a French balcony overlooking the courtyard. The modern bathroom features a skylight and a combined shower/bathtub. The bedroom comes with a comfortable 1.40 m bed and ample storage for clothes. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. Since the photos were taken, I’ve refreshed the apartment with some new furniture and rearranged a few pieces, giving it an even more cozy and inviting feel.
