Our home is in a safe and quiet family neighborhood in the heart of Culver City, within walking distance of many restaurants, pubs and shops.

Our home has an open floor plan. Our family room, with a 48" flat screen TV is comfortable and spacious. It's open to our dining room with a large table that seats 6-8 comfortably. The master bedroom has a California King sized bed. The second bedroom has a twin sized bunk bed. The third bedroom is used as an office/playroom and has a queen size sofa bed. The main bathroom has an extra large shower with a frameless glass shower door and bench seating. The second bathroom is a 1/2 bath, located in the third bedroom. We have a large backyard with patio furniture, gas bbq and dining table. With central air conditioning and heating, you will be comfortable at all times of the year.

The house is one story, with a few steps to get up to the porch.
Anmerkungen
Although our home sleeps 6, it is not ideal for more than 4 adults. The bunk bed is a twin size and better suited for children.
Please note-for those with allergies, we do have a dog, although she will not be in the home during your stay. We also have 2 cats who are outdoor only.

We love Culver City, and especially this part of Culver City. Culver City is in West Los Angeles, close to Venice Beach, Santa Monica, Marina del Rey, Downtown LA and Beverly Hills. We are close to two major freeways (405 and 10), making it convenient for trips to beaches, parks, hiking and museums. There are many restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. Culver City has a hopping nightlife, with a variety of restaurants, wine bars, pubs, theaters, shopping and art galleries. A 10-15 minute drive or a nice bike ride will take you straight to Southern California's beaches, where you can enjoy sun and surf almost year round! The Culver City Expo Metro station, will take you to Santa Monica beach and 3rd Street Promenade, or to Downtown Los Angeles with the Natural History Museum, California Science Center, Staples Center, LA Live and more. Hiking the canyons is only a 20 minute drive away.
Our neighborhood is quiet, but with lots of people walking their dogs, or out with the family for an evening stroll.

Our home is within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. We are close to public transit and LAX international airport. We are a few miles from the metro station which takes you downtown or to Santa Monica. We are a short drive to beaches, downtown and more. Many of our guests use Uber or Lyft to get around.

We are a family of three who love to travel and meet new people. Monica is a teacher, who spends every winter break, spring break and month of July traveling the world with our daughter. Benjamin is a Freelance Paralegal and loves to work on beautifying our home in his spare time. Our daughter is in a dual-immersion Spanish school, where she is learning Spanish language and culture. We enjoy music, entertaining, travel, food and wine, and every second we spend with our daughter.
