Located in beautiful seaside town of Lennox Head (25 minutes form Byron Bay) We have some of the best beaches I have ever seen, and no crowds!
Relax in your own private unit with courtyard and private entrance. It can be one or two bedroom- TV/Lounge area can be used as a second bedroom. It is fully equipped for everything you will need for a relaxing break in the beautiful town of Lennox Head.
The unit is joined to our house, but the space is completely yours and you have your own entrance and privacy. It is joined through two fire safe doors, which remain locked at all times. You may hear some general living noise from our house, but overall not much. It is a brick wall and locked double doors dividing the spaces. We don't expect our guests to tiptoe around!
Guest access
You will have your own private dwelling with private entrance and courtyard. The whole Granny Flat will be only accessed by guests. We live on site but in the house. We have a little sausage dog that may occasionally bark, but we endeavour to keep him out the back of the house when we have guests so shouldn't be a problem!
You will have your complete privacy, but if you need us we are only a phone call/text away.

No dishwasher
Fans in all rooms
Washing machine is a washer dryer combo, however the drying cycle can take quite a while as the machine has to cool down before doors unlock. Please allow time for this. There is also a clothes line and a small clothes horse.

The main bedroom has a comfy queen bed and built in wardrobes. The lounge area has a futon that can fold down into a second queen size bed and built in wardrobes. Small dog allowed on request.
The unit can be used as a one bedroom, lounge room and kitchen, or two bedrooms and kitchen (with seating area) The lounge room/second bedroom has a fold out queen size futon bed and built in wardrobes. This is where the TV is located.
You will have access to Disney, Netflix, Stan and Binge.
Gastzugang
The kitchen is fully equipped (no dishwasher) and you have your own private entrance and very private courtyard. The courtyard has a small BBQ for outdoor cooking. The unit is attached to our house, however it has been built to code and there is a brick fire wall between the two dwellings. This provides great soundproofing.
Anmerkungen
There is a full size bathroom with a shower. The washing dryer combo is also in this room. At the side of the house you will find a pull out line for your washing.
I have great reviews on Airbnb so far, I pride myself on keeping the place clean and comfortable!

Lennox Head is a beautiful seaside town. We are a short 3 minute drive into the Main Street of town, or a 20 minute walk.
Byron Bay is a 20-25 minute drive away. We are so lucky to have some of the best beaches in the world, Amazing waterfalls, and incredible scenery.
Gold Coast is an hours drive
