Clean and functional home with a pool in Los Angeles. Located near Downtown Los Angeles, Pasadena, and Glendale and close to major highways. Welcome to NELA (North East Los Angeles)!
Der Raum
The house has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and the last room is used as an office. The office has a small, pullout couch that turns into a mattress on the floor. It's really only suitable for children. The master bedroom and bath are on the lower level, and second bedroom, office, and bathroom are above.
The living room has a kids' play area attached. There's a dining room next to the kitchen (which has every tool and equipment you can possibly need). Outside, there's a small patio with a BBQ and beautiful desert plants. There is a pool on the 2nd tier of the outside space.
Gastzugang
A dozen steps to get to the front door. A few steps down to get to the master bedroom and a few steps up to get to the other bedroom and office. A dozen steps to get to the patio and another dozen to get to the pool. This is not a wheelchair-friendly home.
Anmerkungen
Have good wifi, an electric car charger, and smart lights, thermostat, and sprinklers.

Burbank (BUR) is the closest. Ontario (ONT) is not too far. Los Angeles (LAX) is the largest (and most crowded).

You need a car or taxi. It's a 5 minute drive to the nearest Metro station. There are buses, but they take forever.
