Our home is a great joy; we are surrounded by nature in NorthWest Heights, The forest is
a star attraction here. We live in a beautiful and very safe neighborhood. A lovely spacious millpond with ducks is a 5 minute walk with near by trails to discover. It is a joy at any time of day to walk around the millpond. This area is lush with green and flowering gardens. A spacious Delightful coffeehouse is a quick walk from our home. Downtown Portland is a 15 minute easy drive with fine restaurant dining, cafes, cinemas and museums. Portland is one of the great cities in the Pacific NorthWest with so much to discover.

Our home looks out on a lush green wall of a stunning variety of great trees. Sit on our veranda to take in the view of our delightfully peaceful neighborhood. Our home with excellent light has two very spacious bedrooms with new Serta hybrid king and queen beds and 21/2 bathrooms (we moved to Portland in January). There is so much to discover in the great city of Portland, a sophisticated city. Our area is full of great walking or hiking trails. Enjoy day trips to our wine country or a visit to the coast, just an hour and a half. Our 2019 Subaru Forester is available for exchange. We belong to Forest Heights Home Owners Assoc. The HOA provides excellent maintenance for all homes and gardens in our area.

Our 2 story craftsman style home has 20 years. A front entry stairway has 15 steps. Or drive into our garage, back side of the home, with just 2 steps into the kitchen area. 3 steps to our side yard with grill and very nice garden with many mature plants.

A small commercial center is a 5 minute walk with an elegant spacious coffee house, pizza restaurant, sandwich shop and terrace for outdoor eating, and a convenience store.

Portland Intl. Airport has been rated one of the best airports in the country. There is service by Uber or taxis, as well as light rail to the Beaverton station, 15 minutes from us. We are located 20 minutes off of Interstate highway 5.

The neighborhood commercial center is a brief walk from our home. You may walk out the front door to easy near by trails and the lovely millpond. Forest Heights has a shuttle that takes you to the Sunset Transit Center where you can get a bus to downtown Portland.
