Gesamtübersicht

We have a 4 bedroom house in a lovely little town in the Devon countryside. Having a large family we have so many toys and activities to keep little ones entertained! We have stair gates, high chairs, baby cots pretty much everything you would need for a baby also. We have wonderful walks on our doorstep and are 15 minutes from the moor and 40 minutes to the coast. We have a lovely park with an amazing cycle track right behind our house which is perfect for children. We also have plenty of bikes for little ones to use. There are also lots of National Trust gardens very close by. The cathedral city of Exeter is 30 minutes away and is beautiful for a little shopping trip.

We have 4 double bedrooms, a playroom, kitchen, conservatory and sitting room. The garden is lovely and private and not overlooked and is full of toys for little ones, a huge sandpit and plenty of garden toys. We have a lovely swinging chair for those wanting to relax and a hot tub in the garden for both children and adults to use!

Nachbarschaft

Our neighbourhood is lovely, everyone is super friendly and always happy to help if you need anything. We have a park behind our home so if you have little ones they are almost guaranteed to make friend of two there. You can catch the bus or train to the cathedral city of Exeter. We have a new train line 15 mins from our home which is the best way to travel if you want to go to London for a few days :)
