** JUST JOINED AND LEARNING! Pardon our lack of photos for the time being. We just joined and are exploring the site while setting up our Homepage** Newly built, one story ranch in a quiet neighborhood. Close access to major highways to quickly get you through the city and where you need to go. The community offers a clubhouse and swimming pool. There are many parks with walking trails and sidewalks within close proximity. Local running clubs are always welcoming to new and visiting folks. There are many local and chin restaurants nearby as well as grocery options like the TX famous H-E-B and also Buccee's.

The home is a single story home with a split floor plan, open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. BEDROOMS: All bedrooms have carpet and the rest of the home is tile. Bedroom 1: King bed with en-suite bathroom Bedroom 2: Queen bed with shared bathroom with office Bedroom 3: Currently being used as an office space but there is a king size air mattress that could be brought out. LIVING: Flat screen TV, large comfortable sofa with large windows overlooking the backyard. Several house plants, including a massive Monstera. KITCHEN: Open concept kitchen with seating for up to 6. Appliances include instant pot, waffle maker, Keurig coffee machine, fridge with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, gas stove and oven (all stainless steel appliances). We have a whole home water filtration system so the water is absolutely delicious. There is a shelf in the eat in kitchen area that holds many indoor plants, our hermit crab, Esteban, and many, many cookbooks. DINING: The dining room area is currently set up as an office space, making for two office spaces within the home. BACKYARD: The backyard has a large patio with a grill and many, many rose bushes. We also have a beautiful Summer Red Maple tree which is my personal pride and joy. We have yard care that comes on a regular basis to maintain the grass. Our backyard is fully fenced in. ENTERTAINMENT: We have high speed WiFi with a direct connection set up in bedroom 3. We also have smart TV services including Netflix, Prime etc. GENERAL: Complimentary toiletries, linens/towels, access to change the heating and air conditioning. Feel free to use the washer and dryer as needed. PARKING: Driveway, can fit up to 4 vehicles.

Gastzugang

Guest access is through keyless entry at the front door of the home. We also have a security system which we encourage you to use but is not required. If you would like to use it, we will get you set up with a personal PIN during your stay. The whole house will be available to you aside from the primary bedroom closets which will be locked.
