Our brand new house is semidetached to the main four bedroom house (also listed) in a small town Medulin at the south part of Istrian peninsula (Northern Croatia). The house are separated by a high (2m) wooden fence so we can use it and have some privacy while the mailn house is rented out (during summer).

The house has kitchen - living room - toilet in the ground floor, two bedrooms and two larger bathrooms in the second floor and open space room with two day beds and access to a huge rooftop terrace (52m2) in the third floor.

The guests have access to the all house, small garden and two parking spaces.

Once you come you don't need a car as we are surrounded by many restaurants and caffees. The grocery shops are also walking distance as well as beaches and walking paths. You can take a bus to the city of Pula or a boat taxi if you want to visit nearby islands. But having a car would add more adventure as exploring Cape Kamenjak and little Istrian towns as Rovinj, Labin, Motovun, Groznjan...

You can come by plane (Pula airport), by bus or by car. Train connections are not so good.

Airport of Pula - 12 km. Best connections are from April to October.
Rumkommen
The shops are walking distance, the bus to Pula is 5 min walk, the taxi boats are parked just across the street.

We are a family of four. Zara is 22, Luka 17 and me and my husband Andrej 52. We both work for Slovenian national broadcaster. We live in Ljubljana, Slovenia, in three bedroom apartment with garden. We also have two beach houses in Croatia (Medulin, region of Istria). The bigger house with the pool is usually booked during summer but it is free for exchanges from October till mid May. The smaller two bedroom house can also be exchanged during summer. We usually travel in February, May, July and August.
