Gesamtübersicht

Our cabin is 2mi away from Rabbit Ears Pass in a gated community that allows snowmobiling from our cabin into the national forest; we are only 15mins away from wolford reservoir for boating, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, water boarding , etc. In the fall we are really close to a few GMUs and of course a few amazing rivers for fishing and tubing. There is an abundance of hiking , ATVs, biking trails near by

Our cabin accommodates 8 with 4bedrooms/2 bathrooms , full kitchen, dining room and leaving room. Washer  and dryer available. 
No drinking water so you must bring yours.

Notes
This is a vacation home so there will be a cleaning fee of $350 to pay our cleaner.

Whole cabin but 2 rooms of the home that is where we keep our winter gear and our food pantry

We are a family of 4 that loves to explore and visiting new places; we are mountain and beach lovers. Our kids are 10yrs and 8yrs old. If we travel by car we like to bring our dog with us , his name is Sam and he is a lab mix 6yrs old well behaved dog. 
We have a couple of homes to offer for exchange; city life or mountain life 🏔 
Our main home is in Colorado Springs, CO and it is available pretty much every weekend, major holiday weekends and Holiday weeks such as Thanksgiving, Christmas and Spring Break , also available during the summer a lot as we like to take our kids to visit other places during the summer. 
Our 2nd home is in Kremmling, CO in the mountains, it is available most weekdays during the winter and most of summer/fall/spring weekdays and weekends.
