We look forward to sharing our lovely 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home with you. The main house has 3 bedrooms and three bathrooms and the granny flat is a fully self-contained queen bed studio that is under the house. We list the studio separately as well. It may not be available for your stay as the studio is also listed on AirBnB, meaning 3 beds / 3 baths would be what we exchange with you on unless the studio is not booked. The house is on a 506sqm block, and has around 300 sqm of living space between upstairs and downstairs. This is a holiday and entertainers paradise, and is an easy 4 minute walk to the beach (no driving required), 20 minute drive from Noosa, and 20 minutes from Maroochydore making everything you need available within a short drive. The centrepiece of the house is the sweeping views from the kitchen, lounge, dining table and deck of 20kms of magnificent beaches (not just the ocean, but the sand and beach breaks) of the Sunshine Coast, from Coolum Beach to Noosa. From the deck you can enjoy the view, light breezes and we also have a sun shade if it gets too warm for you during summer months. From this north-facing deck you have sun most of the day, and get to watch incredible sunsets over the moutains and the water. Upstairs: the main bedroom (queen size bed) with walk-in robe and ensuite bathroom, a second bathroom with toilet and shower is on this floor. The deck, kitchen, breakfast bar, two living spaces (in one open plan upstairs area) with optus cable and smart TV (feel free to login to your own Netflix account and use our wifi), sonos speakers and dining table are all on this floor to make the most of the views. Downstairs: 2 additional bedrooms with double beds, large bathroom, laundry and garage. One of the downstairs bedrooms is large enough for a camping queen mattress, which we have. The 4th bedroom and bathroom is our granny flat. This is a self-contained area (doesn't have an oven, but does have kitchenette, fridge, microwave, cooking utensils, plates, cups etc) with accessibility only from the outside of the house with its own lock/key. Perfect if you are travelling with parents, friends or teenage/adult children who will enjoy their own private space and access. Outside: we have no pool but we have the pacific ocean 4 minutes from the front door, so its not needed! Out the back are two covered areas for relaxing and cooking Weber (gas) BBQs. Please note that in order to get the beautiful sweeping views of the ocean and hinterlands, we live on a hill. Our driveway is steep so this property many not be suitable for everyone. Coolum is 1h 10 minutes north of Brisbane airport, or 10 minutes from Sunshine Coast (Maroochydore) airport. Coolum has a great beach, major supermarkets, plenty of cafes and restaurants and the studio is a 4 minute walk from the beach, cafes and restaurants. We never drive to the beach, we have hoses and drying racks outside so a short stroll will get you straight onto an amazing patrolled, safe, surfing and swimming beach. To the north, in 20 minutes you are on Noosa Main Beach and Hastings St and can access all Noosa has to offer in terms of great restaurants, beaches, bars, cafes and views... national parks, waterfalls, and majority of regular shopping brands you need. 20 minutes south you are at Mooloolaba Beach, Buderim or Maroochydore. Maroochydore has a large shopping mall called Sunshine Coast Plaza... there's nothing yoúll need that you can't get between a 20 minute drive south to Maroochydore, or 15-20 minutes north to Noosa or Noosville. 30-60 minutes north west or South West you are in the gorgeous hinterland areas, like Montville, Maleny and more. You're basically in the centre of the best parts of the Sunshine Coast by staying in Coolum. Amazing destination.
